Parkland Development Unveils Plans For Trendy New Student Living Apartment Community
Boca Raton, FL – February 27, 2013 – Parkland Development Corporation unveils plans to build The Forum at Tallahassee, a 782-bed, progressive student living apartment community in Tallahassee, Florida. The four story property will be hard to miss with over a quarter mile of frontage at 2525 West Tennessee Street. Its prime location will offer superior visibility and the convenience of being close to Florida State University, Tallahassee Community College and Florida A&M University campuses.The Forum at Tallahassee is the latest development in the Forum student living portfolio consisting of 2,274 beds.
